How long do the castles take to set up?

25 minutes maximum. We allow for this and always turn up half an hour before your event starts.

How long does it take for a castle to inflate?

2 minutes maximum.

 

Can we set up in bad weather?

No. Because safety is our number one concern, we will not set up if we judge the wind/rain conditions to be too extreme.

Can castles be set up anywhere outside?

No. When setting up outside, our castles must be set up be on grass. This allows for adequate anchoring which surfaces such as concrete or turf don't offer.

Can we set up indoors?

Yes, we can set up in a variety of buildings as long as the space caters for it. This includes places like churches, school halls, sports halls, memorial buildings, even home garages/living rooms if space allows.

How do we pay?

Cash on delivery/collection. A $100 bond also applies if taking away, which you will get back once the castle is returned in the same condition.

 

Can we use water on the castles?

Unfortunately not. Our castles are strictly for dry play.
